CW Farmstead LLC has petitioned the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District for 1.55 acre-feet of water on a Davis County parcel. The district, which supplies water to every municipal system in Davis County, posted the notice Wednesday, Sept. 9.

The petition covers parcel 08-081-0125 in Section 26, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The district's public notice page lists Bountiful, Woods Cross and Farmington as locations associated with the filing.

The Board of Trustees, chaired by Mark D. Anderson, will consider the petition at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at district headquarters, 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton. Written objections must be presented at or before that hearing. Anyone who does not file a written objection is considered to have consented to the petition's approval.
