South Davis Junior High School in Bountiful will offer flu shots Wednesday, Sept. 16, in a bilingual clinic open to the public.
The "Boo to the Flu / Di Boo a la Gripe" clinic runs from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria at 298 West 2600 South. The school's announcement includes flyers in both English and Spanish.
Anyone 6 months and older is eligible. The clinic shares its name with the statewide "Say Boo to the Flu" program run by Community Nursing Services, a Utah nonprofit. CNS school clinics bill insurance or accept private payment.
The CDC recommends flu vaccination for everyone 6 months and older, ideally by October.
