Woods Cross residents can bring their best carved or painted pumpkins to Lower Mills Park on Saturday, Oct. 10, for the city's free annual Pumpkins in the Park celebration.
The event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. and features a hayride, games, a pumpkin contest and food concessions, according to the Woods Cross City newsletter. Attendees who bring a painted or carved pumpkin can enter a contest for a chance to win a prize. Specific contest categories and prize details have not been announced.
All activities are free. Concessions are available for purchase with cash or credit cards. Venmo is not accepted.
Money raised through concession sales supports the Woods Cross Youth City Council (WXYCC) Holiday Wishes Project, according to the city's October newsletter.
