Fiscal responsibility: Millburn said every dollar the county spends belongs to taxpayers. "Davis County faces serious financial decisions," his website states. He argued that experience helps avoid costly mistakes. He offered no specifics.
Growth and land use: Millburn acknowledged growth is coming to Davis County and said the question is whether the county will manage it wisely. His site did not outline specific zoning proposals or development plans.
